Since joining Shinn Group in 1999, Emma Jane has grown from managing seminar and event logistics and overseeing the Shinn Home Building Education division, to leading the organization in serving the next generation of home builders.

With two decades of industry experience, Emma Jane continues the Shinn Group founders’ vision to help private home builders strengthen and grow profitable businesses. Emma Jane holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership Development from the University of Denver.

As a consultant, executive leadership coach and facilitator for Shinn Group, Emma helps builders become the builder of choice through proven business management process improvement, results-driven leadership development and business growth strategy to increase profitability.
