Jim Weigel Senior Consultant

Jim holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. With a background in commercial banking and real estate investment, he has overseen over $500 million in construction loans and served as CFO and COO of Richland/PrideMark Homes, where he grew annual revenues from $5 million to over $80 million.

Now a senior consultant, speaker, facilitator and instructor with Shinn Group, Jim advises on management systems, operational efficiency, finance, growth strategy, and ownership transitions for home builders.
