Michael Welty Consultant

With twenty years of experience in homebuilding, Michael has dedicated his time and passion to the industry in Colorado while also building nationally recognized teams. With a strong background in operational efficiency, team building, and the homebuyer experience, Mike spent the last five years as President of Homebuilding for a privately held builder. During his tenure as President, Mike’s team was recognized for national awards, including Avid Gold (Best builder in the West), ECI best practices award, Northern Colorado Builder of the year, and annual Great Place to Work awards.

Mike is passionate about building and developing sales and marketing teams while creating organizational efficiencies to maximize profit and alignment. Mike has carried his passion for new homebuilding into his local community, as he is past chair of Northern Colorado HBA and is currently on the executive ladder of the Colorado Association of Homebuilders.
