Prior to joining Shinn Group, Thomas served as Chief Information Officer at French Brothers, where he led the company’s technology strategy since 2022.

At Shinn Group, Thomas serves as Director of Information Systems, leading the company's technology strategy. He actively participates in several IT and homebuilding industry communities, and is widely recognized as an influential figure in the home building technology landscape.

Additionally, Thomas is an established speaker, facilitator and consultant advising home builders in technology strategies, development projects, and proven AI systems to drive operational efficiency, increase competitive advantage, and become better builders.
